EXISTING ORMED CLIENTS THAT ADDED NEW ORMED MIS™ APPLICATIONS (at August 4, 2005)
Advanced Healthcare SC (WI) -- A physician-led multi-specialty clinic group practice of 250 primary physicians and other healthcare professionals, Advanced Healthcare SC manages facilities throughout the state as well as a 24/7 hotline to triage nurses. Opened Spring 2004 with Ormed software: Froedtert Surgery Center and Clinics (Milwaukee) and Germantown Clinic (Germantown).
Hay River Community Health Board (Hay River, NWT) -- Oversees local healthcare services and facilities, including the H.H. Williams Memorial Hospital and Woodland Manor, to provide acute, long-term, and specialty care in a northern community of approximately 3,500 people.
Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital (Windsor, ON) -- A large acute care community hospital with a high percentage of tertiary services, Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital provides a wide variety of regional services and is designated as the local lead provider of medical care in neurology, cardiology, nephrology, as well as orthopedic, vascular and cardiothoracic surgery. It is also the district stroke centre.
Mamawetan Churchill River Health Region (La Ronge, SK) -- Providing health services to 4,500 La Ronge/Air Ronge residents and 2,000 First Nations members of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band, the Region includes healthcare staff and facilities at five sites, acute and long-term care, community services, and ambulatory services.
Pathways Health Centre for Children (Sarnia, ON) -- A family-centred community agency primarily serving Lambton County children and youth with physical, developmental and communication needs, Pathways is one of a large group of children's treatment centres in Ontario. It provides a continuum of rehabilitation and support services in the community as well as an onsite integrated preschool.
Riverview Health Centre (Winnipeg, MB) -- A 388-bed rehabilitation and long-term care facility that offers progressive programming for patients and residents in both hospital and personal care home units, the Centre provides specialized therapeutic and restorative health services to residents of Manitoba.
Salvation Army Grace General Hospital (Winnipeg, MB) -- Part of the Salvation Army organization worldwide, Grace General Hospital is a 281-bed, full service hospital, free standing hospice, and community care centre of excellence.
Salvation Army Toronto Grace Hospital (Toronto, ON) -- Owned and operated by the Salvation Army, Toronto Grace Hospital is a 119-bed facility offering chronic and palliative care and services through interdisciplinary inpatient programs. It is located in the core of the City of Toronto.
Stanton Regional Hospital (Yellowknife, NWT) -- Stanton is the largest accredited facility in the NWT, with 121-beds. As part of the Stanton Territorial Health Authority healthcare complex, the hospital serves people of the NWT and the Kitikmeot.
St. Joseph 's General Hospital (Comox, BC) -- With 840 employees, St. Joseph's is a 234-bed hospital providing acute, extended, and transitional care to approximately 60,000 people and a referral centre for a regional population of 120,000 in north and west Vancouver Island. As the only acute-care hospital in the area, it also receives victims of highway, air, and marine accidents in the vicinity.
St. Michaels' Centre (Burnaby, BC) -- A 128-bed extended care centre with a 16-bed hospice, St. Michaels' provides specialized medical care, pain management, and support services for long-term patients and terminally ill patients and their families.
Weeneebayko Health Ahtuskaywin (Northern ON) -- The regional health authority for the Mushkegowuk Territory (six coastal communities along James Bay and Hudson Bay, and three First Nations communities), Weeneebayko Health Ahtuskaywin provides health care services to 10,000 predominately Cree First Nations individuals.
