NEW APPLICATIONS, NEW FUNCTIONALITY HIGHLIGHT ORMED MIS 2007 RELEASE
EDMONTON, CANADA: Ormed Information Systems today announced the release of ORMED MIS 2007 featuring new applications in leading edge e-commerce and human resources management, as well as innovative functionality and usability enhancements throughout ORMED MIS that enhance the user’s experience and satisfaction. “With this release we’re taking MIS software and user performance to the next level,” says Chris Sherback, president and CEO. “ORMED MIS 2007 represents a new standard for MIS software, with time- and cost-saving enhancements requested by Ormed software users and reflective of the universal need for higher levels of patient care, better outcomes, staff satisfaction, and greater financial health.” ORMED MIS 2007 includes all Ormed software suites, including Finance Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources Management, Business Intelligence, E-Commerce, and Systems Management. Among the highlights of this release is universal access to ORMED X Easy Pay, Ormed’s automated invoice reconciliation and payment system. Ormed’s Vendor Contract Management application has evolved to full Internet usage, and powerful new Human Resources Management modules – Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, and Labor Relations – complement Ormed’s robust Staff Scheduling module and Payroll system for complex healthcare organizations with multiple unions and collective agreements in place. A new Staff Budgeting module is scheduled for release later this year.
