ORMED APPOINTS VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES -- US

 

EDMONTON, CANADA:  Ormed Information Systems today announced the appointment of Mr. Keith Wagstaff to the new position of vice president of sales - US, reporting to Mr. Chris Sherback, president and CEO. The appointment is effective May 14, 2007 and continues the company’s drive to increase market share across the US. 

Located in Colorado, Mr. Wagstaff will be responsible for driving the company’s expansion further into the US healthcare market by growing Ormed’s US client base to include more hospitals, long-term care facilities, and healthcare systems.

Mr. Wagstaff has more than 18 years of experience in healthcare and technology related fields. His background includes sales and business development, business consulting, implementation, and management. Prior to joining Ormed, Mr. Wagstaff was the director of North American Sales for Health Language, Inc., where he was co-leader of a team responsible for business development in the US healthcare market. He has also held sales and management positions with AtStaff, Inc. and McKesson Corporation.

Mr. Wagstaff obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management degree from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX.
