ORMED X Easy Pay is a unique e-commerce business process that allows buyers to automatically reconcile and pay electronic invoices immediately upon receipt of goods. Using Scotiabank's Visa* Commercial Card platform, merchants are paid immediately without impacting the buyer's cash flow for 30 to 45 days. The buyer's accounts payable function is automated, as is the merchant's accounts receivable function.

Designed for healthcare providers and their vendors, ORMED X Easy Pay simplifies and streamlines purchasing, AP, and AR to create new efficiency and productivity and give you the peace of mind you're looking for.

How ORMED X Easy Pay works

• Powerful e-commerce tools allow buyers to reconcile and accept PO changes before goods ship
• Purchasing and payable systems are electronically updated with accurate invoice information to facilitate rapid payment
• The merchant is paid immediately upon confirmed receipt of goods using Scotiabank's Visa* Commercial Card platform
• Accounts Payable receives an electronically reconciled Scotiabank Visa statement from ORMED X each month that identifies payments made on behalf of the buyer
• The buyer issues one payment to Scotiabank Visa each month instead of thousands to separate vendors

• Buyers can pay their Scotiabank Visa balances in full and pay no interest, or carry the balance at a very low (operating line) rate
• Merchants have access to a guaranteed low merchant rate not available through any other program
• Accessing a nationally coordinated program established for the US and Canada means buyers receive preferential treatment and rapid credit approval upon referral from Ormed
• Merchants need only a Scotiabank Visa merchant number and an account with Ormed to access the ORMED X Easy Pay merchant rate from Chase Paymentech Solutions

By enrolling as an ORMED X Easy Pay buyer, you will qualify for a cash rebate on every ORMED X Easy Pay transaction you process.

You can connect your existing MM and AP systems to ORMED X Easy Pay or -- to experience the ultimate in fully integrated e-commerce -- use your ORMED X Easy Pay rebates to fund the purchase of a new MM and AP system from Ormed. We offer a unique payment plan that lets you pay your license fees interest-free over five (5) years using your ORMED X Easy Pay rebate, and your rebate will cover unlimited support and software upgrades every year after that.

If you are already an Ormed client, ORMED X Easy Pay, like all ORMED X services, comes fully integrated and included with your MM and AP software. All you need is an Internet connection!
