Client Services Analyst -- Human Resources Management/Payroll

We are seeking a permanent full-time Client Services Analyst for our Human Resources/Payroll Software Suite to work in our Edmonton head office. You will be responsible for assisting with customer service and technical application support for our many payroll and human resources clients across Canada and the US.

The position requires a Bachelor in Business/Administration or equivalent technical diploma. A payroll designation (CPM preferred) or enrolment in a recognized program leading to a payroll designation. Experience related to human resources and/or payroll MIS implementation and support, or with ORMED MIS products, is highly desirable. Previous experience in the healthcare industry would be an asset.
