Governance

Ormed Information Systems Ltd. is a privately held company governed by a Board of Directors.

The board comprises six individuals who bring diverse management, legal, finance, software, and business expertise to their primary responsibility for corporate oversight. The board acts as a gatekeeper to ensure we operate in the best interests of our shareholders.

President and CEO Chris Sherback was named chairman of the board in 2002.
