Leadership Team Like most organizations, we have an executive group, a management team, and a professional staff... everyone supporting and backing up everyone else. Organizationally, we’re pretty flat and every person feels responsible for holding up his or her end of the business. Information is readily shared, ideas and opinions are always welcomed, red tape is kept to a minimum, and respect for the individual is prime. It all makes for a great work environment, which leads to product and service excellence.
Executive Chris Sherback
An honours graduate of the University of Alberta Faculty of Business, Chris joined Ormed in 1991 as a software designer (bringing the staff complement to three!). He has since held the positions of vice president of finance, vice president of product development, executive vice president, and president. Named CEO in 1996 after negotiating an employee buy-out, Chris began a mission to turn Ormed into a market leader in management information systems. Before Ormed, Chris was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. He has shared his accounting and sales skills with many organizations in a volunteer and board capacity.
Dale Gregg
Dale Gregg Dale is an award-winning efficiency expert and one of North America’s strongest advocates for widespread adoption of proven E-Commerce technology and integrated MIS software. A visionary, he has, since joining Ormed in 1991, invented streamlined key business processes that enable organizations to reduce administration costs, increase efficiency, and achieve higher levels of productivity across the organization. Dale has led the development and implementation of full-spectrum E-Commerce, supply chain, finance, human resources, payroll, business intelligence, and systems management software solutions for healthcare and other industries. His extensive experience in healthcare as well as manufacturing, automotives, and real estate, has given him a broad appreciation for the diverse needs of organizations that share common problems.
Saul Colodny
Saul's 27-year career in healthcare has focused on planning and implementing process improvements that correct revenue flow and enhance the efficiency of hospitals and healthcare systems. He joined Ormed in 2007 and oversees delivery of service and support to clients, ensuring Ormed implementations, training, and ongoing support aligns with corporate goals and enhances the satisfaction of current and future Ormed clients. He is based near Dallas, TX.
Steve Caughers
Steve Caughers Steve has more than 27 years of healthcare sales and marketing experience and has held senior management positions with manufacturing and distribution companies. He is based near Toronto, ON.
Byron Sedgwick
Byron has been a member of the Ormed team since 1999, and has a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Systems (University of Alberta). He is based in our Edmonton office.
Sales Bob Lozeron
Bob Lozeron Bob has more than 24 years of senior marketing, sales, management, and service experience in the software and communications industries. He is based in Edmonton, AB.
Keith Wagstaff
Keith Wagstaff Keith has 20 years of experience in healthcare and technology related fields. His background includes sales and business development, business consulting, implementation, and management. He is based in Dallas, TX.
Steve, Bob, and Keith are experts in developing and maintaining mutually satisfying customer-supplier relationships. They are adept at matching customer needs to practical Ormed software and Internet solutions and liaising between clients, suppliers, and product specialists to ensure clients get what they really need.
