Chris Sherback - CEO

An honours graduate of the University of Alberta Faculty of Business, Chris joined Ormed
in 1991 as a software designer (bringing the staff complement
to three!). He has since held the positions of vice president of finance, vice president of product development, executive vice president, and president.

Named CEO in 1996 after negotiating an employee buy-out, Chris began a mission to turn Ormed into a market leader in management information systems. Before Ormed, Chris was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche.
He has shared his accounting
and sales skills with many organizations in a volunteer
and board capacity.

Leadership Team

Like most organizations, we have an executive group, a management team, and a professional staff... everyone supporting and backing up everyone else.

Organizationally, we’re pretty flat and every person feels responsible for holding up his or her end of the business. Information is readily shared, ideas and opinions are always welcomed, red tape is kept to a minimum, and respect for the individual is prime.

Dale Gregg

Dale is an award-winning efficiency expert and one of North America's strongest advocates for widespread adoption of proven e-commerce technology and integrated MIS software.
A visionary, since joining Ormed in 1991 he has invented streamlined key business processes that enable organizations to reduce administration costs, increase efficiency,
and achieve higher levels of productivity
across the organization.

Dale has led the development and implementation of full-spectrum
E-Commerce, supply chain, finance, human resources, payroll,
business intelligence, and systems management software solutions
for healthcare and other industries. His extensive experience in healthcare as well as manufacturing, automotives, and real estate, has given him a broad appreciation for the diverse needs of organizations that share common problems.

Nathan Riske

Nathan has been a member of the Ormed team since 1999, and has a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Systems
(University of Alberta).
He is based in our Edmonton office.

Dale Gregg

Chris has over 25 years of experience in general management, product management, marketing, operations, and finance, including over 7 years with Intuit Canada, a Fortune 500 Software Company. He was hired by Ormed in 2009.

 

 

 

 

Steve Caughers

Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Dale Gregg

Steve has nearly 30 years of healthcare sales and marketing experience and has held senior management positions with manufacturing and distribution companies. He is based near Toronto, ON. Steve provides leadership for the Ormed sales team, and provides sales support in the US.
